Our 93″ rolling machine does half-moon rolls with a minimum radius of 10″. For a close roll, the minimum radius is 20″. We can also perform conical form rolls.
The maximal thickness varies according to the kind of metal used.
Steel: up to 1/8″ or 3/16″ depending on the radius
Aluminum: up to 1/8″
Stainless steel: up to 1/8″ or 3/16″ depending on the radius
